We are preparing for our 2015 season and we invite you to participate with us this year! All you need is a 4WD or AWD vehicle, a valid Driver's License and a small registration fee. We have classes for all levels of drivers. Ice racing is fun, safe and a great way to enjoy your 4x4 during the winter months. If you'd rather watch, remember that spectators are always free! Our racing is unique and our one-of-a-kind style shouldn't be missed. Either way our site is filled with information, so check us out!
NEWS & UPDATES:
First Race of Season:
Rob has added a new meeting to the schedule. It will be on Sunday, November 16th at 10am. We meet at the Brunswick Zone in Wheat Ridge (I&70 & Kipling). Remember, members must submit applications by the first race. Also, if you plan to park in Georgetown overnight you need to fill out a waiver, these will be available at the meeting as well.
The December Our Gang Meeting has been rescheduled for Sunday, December 7th at 10am. (It was previously for Tuesday, December 9th at 7pm). This will be our final meeting before the last race, so it’s an important one. We will also be doing staging training and with the new format on Saturdays, we are asking our staging people to attend and get up to speed.
We are seeking trophy sponsors for the 2015 season! If you or someone you know may be interested in sponsoring, you can shoot us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or give our President, Rob van Westenberg, a call at 720.320.2442 and we will follow up. We run 78 classes for about 300 different drivers every season, sponsorship support is vital to keeping ice racing going. Thank you for you help! More information about sponsoring is available by clicking here.
We’ll be gearing up for the ice race season here on the website over the next few weeks. Right now you can now find the 2015 dates listed under the Schedule tab and the Official 2015 Rule Book under the Driver Info tab. So mark you calendars and get ready, cuz here it comes!
