What can cause a loss of a heat?

The most common losses are listed below, but please check the rule book for full details.
#1 – Not finishing first
#2 – Hitting a cone (any contact with a cone is considered a loss)
#3 – Jumping the start line
#4 – Cutting a corner, missing a gate, finishing in the wrong gate
#5 – Not finishing a lap (leaving the track, mechanical failure, etc.)
#6 – Losing the bead on a tire
#7 – Roll over
